About J'adore
J’adore is a pioneer in Korean YouTube baking, having launched the channel in 2018 after transitioning from a successful career in finance to follow a passion for pastry. What began as a lighthearted hobby quickly evolved into a full-time YouTube journey, earning a loyal following by sharing approachable, foolproof recipes—from everyday bakes to refined desserts. A graduate in economics from Yonsei University, J’adore turned this creative pursuit into a thriving platform within just one year.
Each 5- to 10-minute video reflects a deep dedication to craft: recipes are tested over 2–3 days, followed by another 2–3 days of filming and editing. This commitment to detail and quality has shaped J’adore’s brand identity and helped sustain its popularity for over six years.
After relocating to the U.S. in 2020, J’adore completed the Baking & Pastry Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in Manhattan. Professional experience includes working in the pastry kitchens of Michelin 2-star and 3-star restaurants. Now based in New Jersey, J’adore runs a multifaceted baking business, offering hands-on classes, custom dessert orders, and food consulting services.
