About Jadore
J’adore, a pioneer in Korean YouTube baking since 2018, transitioned from a successful finance career to pursue a passion for baking. The channel quickly gained popularity for sharing diverse baking content, ranging from beginner-friendly treats to sophisticated desserts. J’adore, a Yonsei University economics graduate, turned a lighthearted baking hobby into a full-time YouTube career within a year, driven by a desire to share delicious and fail-proof recipes.
Each video, lasting 5 to 10 minutes, reflects J’adore's dedication, involving 2-3 days of recipe testing and an additional 2-3 days for shooting and editing. The commitment to high-quality, marketable recipes became a cornerstone of J’adore's identity, contributing to sustained popularity over six years.
After moving to the U.S. in 2020, J’adore completed the Baking & Pastry Art program at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in Manhattan. Previous experiences include working in dessert departments of Michelin 3-star and 2-star restaurants. Currently residing in New Jersey, J’adore engages in diverse baking-related activities, including conducting classes, handling custom orders, and providing consulting services.
